So here is my honest review, they are terrible with keeping customer satisfaction. I've been calling Mitsubishi for 2 weeks and still haven't got any assistance what's so ever. I was sold a black 2011 hyundai car with a bad steering colume. I brought in to fix. Was told it was. Then after 30 days the noise came back. Everytime i go in for service there is something that i am no longer covered for. Never fails! I was told i would be covered for oil changes/regular maintenance, they covered about 5 and then i had to pay am no longer covered for. Never fails! When I complained about i was told that the dept that handles that was closed due to covid. Another situation i went for an oil change and to check one of my tires that had a nail in it, asked to get it looked it and the rep asked me”you know you could just get it plugged at any flat fix shop for about $5” I told her that i was paying for a tire protection plan, included in my monthly payment, and she still insisted by saying”its only $5 though” to which i replied “ i pay every month though”, very unprofessional staffs all the time.
