Ive worked with Gian a couple of times now. And it’s been great. He answers my questions and takes care of my car. I appreciate the mechanic, although I don’t know his name. This last time Gian was able to get my car in quickly and provide me with a loaner. I appreciate everyone at SL Mazda. The one downfall, it’s expensive. I hate that the dealer has higher prices. I was offered a car wash as part of my service which I accepted but when I went to pick up the car it was actually dirtier than when I left it in. I asked about the missing car wash and my car was then ta accepted but when I went to pick up the car it was actually dirtier than when I left it in. I asked about the missing car wash and my car was then taken away for a wash. No apologies for the delay. Then after 5mins when I didn't get my car back I asked the advisor and he said a truck was blocking the exit for the car wash. No apology for the delay again. Finally, I received it with no apology again after about 30mins waiting outside in the cold. Despite this irritating delay it casts doubt on my confidence that the actual work done on my car was completed correctly. Car wash was checked as complete but it wasn't, what else was missed on the check sheet. Seems like a lackluster attitude at this dealership. I will reconsider going there next time. Update: Since submitting this review I have not contacted by this dealership to offer any kind of explanation or address my concerns. It appears they dont value customer service at this location so I will take my business elsewhere next time. More

I gave the shop a week in advance notice of the service I needed and when I arrived they did not have the tools needed.
