Front desk needs to be more welcoming specially when they let you wait from your supposed to be appointment. I expect my car to be taken cared off during maintenance not expecting scratches or cuts afterward let you wait from your supposed to be appointment. Yes, I showed to manager at the shop but he said it’s a rock chip, I am not fool to know the difference between rock chip to scratch or cut. I never wanted to argue but seems I will never win to a manager. I left the shop frustrated. I have pictures on my scratches which is not visible to the video of my car that was sent to me during the process of maintenance. I am planning to purchase 1 more car for my daughter since in sales, everyone is very good but if those staff in service has problem from desk to manager then it’s not worth to deal any of them. I purchase all the protection I needed for my car but for them to messed it up, no thank you.. I will post my Star rating to yelp and google review with my experience with all the pictures that I have. I came happy after 9mos to finally my car will get check up but came frustrated with the scratches that I saw and manager just simply said it’s a rock chip.. he means 3 rock chip in just one area.. lol.. Everyone was so friendly and made me and husband comfortable. The only negative thing I have to say was that after having my car for two weeks my battery died on me. When my roadside assistance came he checked my battery and it was at 2%, so someone didn’t do a thorough job when inspecting the car. On top of a car payment we had to spend $300 plus on a new battery. Don’t get us wrong everyone was friendly and made us feel welcomed. More
