Fantastic service would be an understatement! !! The entire team makes Victory Mazda San Leandro a victory!!! We went to get our Mazda CX5 serviced and ended up buying a new Mazda CX50 Hybrid! !! The entire team makes Victory Mazda San Leandro a victory!!! We went to get our Mazda CX5 serviced and ended up buying a new Mazda CX50 Hybrid! How good is your team to be able to do that? Especially when we weren't looking for a new car! Starting from Tommy R, we met with Dean K, Tam N, Dave (from SC) and ending with Ali E (who did our contract and loan), it was an experience beyond great and awesome! Everyone was like family!! We felt comfortable, never felt pressured to buy a new car, laughed, and hugged when we said our goodbyes!! Everyone was so helpful!! We learned about negotiation and financing. We even learned some French too!!! ;-) Overall a very, very, very wonderful experience! (Only thing, which is our fault, we wished we could have negotiated a bit better but that's on us not the Victory Mazda Team!) More

The service was good, but I don’t understand why I was advised to replace the brake motor along with the brake pads. Additionally, the technician recommended replacing the rear shock absorber due to a lea advised to replace the brake motor along with the brake pads. Additionally, the technician recommended replacing the rear shock absorber due to a leak. However, another Mazda dealer examined it and confirmed that there was no leak, so they did not recommend a replacement. Also, the pricing here is higher compared to the other dealer. That’s why I chose to have all the services done at the other dealership and only had the oil change done here. More
