Had my car looked at during warranty for an issue and was told they couldn’t find anything. My car ran out of warranty and the issue persisted. Took it to another dealer service department they found the is told they couldn’t find anything. My car ran out of warranty and the issue persisted. Took it to another dealer service department they found the issue. Took back to Victory Lane they found the issue after I told them where to look and where going to charge me the full amount for an item that should have been covered under warranty. DON’T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE TO BE SERVICED OR YOU WILL BE PAYING OUT OF POCKET FOR REPAIRS THAT THE TECS WHERE NOT COMPONENT ENOUGH TO FIND AND FIX More

I am very hesitant to write this review concerning Justin McKinney. However, considering my sixty years of dealing with the public, I am appalled by his demeanor. I overheard the telephone call he h Justin McKinney. However, considering my sixty years of dealing with the public, I am appalled by his demeanor. I overheard the telephone call he had with my wife and daughter.. His tone of voice; his accusatory statements appeared to be intentionally deceptive since he obviously did not have all the facts. Admittedly, he had not conferred with his salesman. Having served in command positions, I have participated in multiple supervisory training assignments, These programs often emphasize that true leadership fosters a positive attitude when dealing with people. His people management skills fell short of standard expectations by failing to show empathy and for his customers concerns, He was not an active listener and started the telephone call with a long tirade of criticism and accusations. He failed to consider their concerns rather than avoiding unnecessary tension. As a sales manager in a supervisor position, he should abide by the Golden Rule of Christianity “do to others what you would have them do to you”. I would describe his communication with my family was very negative and eroded trust. After following up with his salesman to obtain additional details, he said, “I’ll call you back.” We are still waiting for that call. More
