Little taken aback, when I was signing the papers to finalize The deal for my car when Gary got upset because I wanted to take a pen. I’m sure many people would enjoy having a pin with Victory Honda name on it to show where you purchased the car otherwise it was a pleasure doing business with victory Honda More

I have an over 20-year relationship with the Victory Honda service department. I can easily say that the managers and personnel have always been great to work with, both in getting my vehicle serviced a Honda service department. I can easily say that the managers and personnel have always been great to work with, both in getting my vehicle serviced and coming thru in a pinch when my vehicle at the time has necessitate my needing a loaner to drive. My latest experience was when the front-right axle broke (I'm close to 300K miles on my 2013). There was no loaner car for me, so I had to get a rental, However, when I returned the rental and went back to the dealership, thinking that my car was ready, it turns out that they had discovered another issue, a leak in the transmission pan. They ordered the part, but this time they did have a loaner for me. This was really critical, because my wife was scheduled for a colonoscopy, and we couldn't be playing "musical cars" in what I was going to be driving for us. I have known Wade, the manager, for some of that time, early in my relationship with Victory Honda and more recently, as he had left for a period of time. Carissa, the customer rep who helped us in our latest visits with the Service Department, is an absolute joy, always helpful and with a beautiful smile on her face. More
