The service manager’s standard response over the last eight years (90,000) mile extended warranty has been, “that’s not covered by the warranty”. I needed to go to the dealership manager on more than eight years (90,000) mile extended warranty has been, “that’s not covered by the warranty”. I needed to go to the dealership manager on more than one occasion to check/verify coverage. I do not recommend using this service as they are habitually dishonest. I went to get oil change and was told that they are pretty much for the day and have to come back and the representative told me to take the appointment for next day but then another representative cam pretty much for the day and have to come back and the representative told me to take the appointment for next day but then another representative came from inside and took me to his cubical and listen my issue and said he will take care of me, he inspected my van and told me what is needed and he really took care of me and the got the necessary thing done in timely manner, I really appreciate his assistance.
