Was told I could come in anytime for a fluid change (incl brakes). Waited 3 hours. Was charged $15.00 for an "oil stabilizer" product that I knew nothing about and would not have OK'd. Asked for a body shop brakes). Waited 3 hours. Was charged $15.00 for an "oil stabilizer" product that I knew nothing about and would not have OK'd. Asked for a body shop estimate. When I left was told that "She was still working on it" and would email me the estimate. Still waiting after 4 days. Not what I expect from Honda. More
