No way,no way, would I recommend this service department. The right hand does not know what the left hand id doing. I went for the appointment and it was a waist of time and gas. Customer follow-up SUCKS This outfit has an individual who calls customers after their visit to the dealership to ask how their visit to the dealership went. He certainly deserves special recognition...JIM REESE. He called me, and I told him what a sorry experience I had. He asked how the dealership could help retain my business, and I told him. He told me HE would talk to the staff and HE would call me back. HE never called back. I called him today, 6-8, asking why he never called me, and as I was talking, he kept talking over me. I asked him to please stop talking over me, and he hung up on me. I called right back, and when I got him back on the line, he tried to pretend he didn't know who I was! As I again attempted to explain what I wanted from the dealership, again he interrupted, and I again asked him to stop interrupting. Again, this individual who so much lacks a professional bone in his body hung up on me! I immediately hung up and called the dealership, made an appointment tp speak with the General Manager tomorrow. More
