Claimed water was in the starter of our vehicle and froze which made it unable to turnover. Victory Honda was unable get the starter replaced under our warranty, but wanted to charge $2500 to have it replace which made it unable to turnover. Victory Honda was unable get the starter replaced under our warranty, but wanted to charge $2500 to have it replaced. Was not satisfied with their opinion, took it to Mentor Honda. They took out the starter, opened the starter up and found no water or even signs of water in it. Mentor Honda ended up getting a new starter covered under the Honda care warranty we purchased separately. More

All of my service experiences with Victory have been poor. From lug nuts not secure after a tire rotation, catastrophic engine failure not even 50 miles after an oil change, and to top it off they didn' poor.
