I wanted a car with FWD only; so now I'm not sure if it is FW or AWD. The saleswoman said I was eligible for 0.99% financing or 2.99% or 3.99%. I ended up with a loan with an interest rate of 6.99%. How do you figure that? How much did they shop around for me? or do are they in collusion with Chase Bank (the worst hawks in the banking industry, which says a lot right there.) If my credit score is 740, which I'm sure it's at least that, how do I wind up with an interest rate of 6.99%? Buying a car from a dealer is always a nightmarish task. The good thing is one can always take the car back and complain loudly and they will try to right what is wrong. More
