Honda — The Friendliest Dealership Saw warnings appear on my dash so I showed up the next day asking for assistance from the service desk. I did not have an appointment and they were a Saw warnings appear on my dash so I showed up the next day asking for assistance from the service desk. I did not have an appointment and they were already very busy. I was too nervous to drive the vehicle back home with the warning signals. The service rep greeted me with a pleasant smile and told me not to worry that they would look into the issue. They did and explained to me thoroughly why the warning signals were visible and that it has nothing to do with me or anything I did but the weather. I left feeling content and safe. I LOVE BOZAK HONDA DEALERSHIP IN HIGHLAND INDIANA. They are simply THE BEST. You won’t get this type of service anywhere else. I guarantee you!!! More

Our salesman was Vyto and he was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Probably the most impressive part of our experience was "there was no pressure" -- it didn't feel like it was the end of the world if we didn't buy it at that very moment - this was quite refreshing compared to previous car buying experiences.
