Deceptive and Dishonest Dealer DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!!!! Their sales staff is deceptive and puts costs into the deal the buyer does not need! They will try to sneak the cost for things like gap insurance without explaining to the buyer what they are paying for. Also, they do not hold true to their negotiations by adding costs back into the deal like "Destination Charges", which are already built into the "sticker price". I have purchased two vehicles from them before and dealt with honest sales staff and being a loyal customer, I trusted them, MY MISTAKE!!!! They not only lost my future purchases, they lost all of the future service to my Honda vehicles. Yes, I brought my Honda vehicles there for all of my service, but NO MORE! I attempted to contact the owner and general manager via email to tell them about this issue but received no response. After being a LOYAL CUSTOMER for ten years, this is how they treat you!!! If you cannot trust the sales staff because they try to sell you things you don't need and renege on a negotiated price, how can you trust the service staff to not try to sell you things you don't need! WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!! More
