Fair experience. Had Josh as a service advisor. Waited 4 minutes to drop vehicle off, then rushed. Asked a simple question about the specific oil and the advisor’s reply was condescending. Rushed during drop off and then he realized he didn’t have my number, so he called me back over. Upon return, there was an older gentleman who was positive and I would ask for him if I return. My initial advisor Josh saw me and said he be with me in a minute only to leave me waiting while he had a casual conversation with a buddy. The older gentlemen helped me. He then asked Josh to bring up my car and he gave an excuse but eventually took my key to pull up my car. Only to have him continue the conversation with his buddy and then eventually bring me my key and said it’s over there let me know if you need help pulling it out. leaving all the service papers and ticket littered in the vehicle. Service besides the older gentleman was lack luster at best. Disappointing as I bought a new car from this dealership and this was my first service. Duke of Oil does just as good of a job, is way faster, efficient and friendlier. What a joke, the sense of entitlement that I have to go to a dealership when there are plenty of other options. Appreciate your customers or you will lose them. More

Classic bait and switch was used to get me to pay a higher price or reduce features. I was quoted a price on a Honda EX-L several different times only to have the sales manager jack up the price after higher price or reduce features. I was quoted a price on a Honda EX-L several different times only to have the sales manager jack up the price after I agreed to purchase. It was their mistake that they offered a low price and then made it my problem. We were trying to take advantage of year end savings only to have them screw us on the last day of the year. Maybe others fall for their tactics but I saw right through it. They tried to increase the price $900 after an agreement was made between me and the sales person. Jeff the sales manager is as slimy as they come. I’ve bought a lot of vehicles in my life and this was the worst attempt at buying a vehicle I’ve ever had. It was there mistake and they should have owned it. It’s not my fault you quoted a price to low...how would I know what you can and cannot sell a car for? We had a deal and then you tried to bait and switch me so that I would cancel the deal and wouldn’t lose money. Extremely unethical behavior...you give us REAL sales professionals a bad rap. More
