Scheduled an oil change, showed up early and sat in customer lounge; after an hour I look into the garage to see my car with the hood up, so I figured they were almost done. 10 minutes later I checked customer lounge; after an hour I look into the garage to see my car with the hood up, so I figured they were almost done. 10 minutes later I checked again and the technician was just then hoisting up to perform the oil change. I stood there watching him pull the drainage pan over; Proceeded to ask, "why my vehicle sat in the garage for an hour and 10 minutes before that oil change process?". First! I was told, "they are short technicians because of illness" (there were service employees in the garage carrying on conversations), then (from the Garage Manager) that they were having difficulty with another vehicle so that tech was called over. I replied, "that I should have been informed of the delay". I was not charged for this service. The same day I asked the opinion on a matter with my driver side window making a squeaking sound when the window was rolled up or down. The Tech checked and said, "that it was probably the regulator and that would cost $600.00!" After I left, I asked a friend, (over the phone) his opinion....spray with DW40! $2.99 later the squeak was gone and problem fixed. I do not know the names of the Service Manager or the technician. I WILL NO LONGER PATRON VICTORY BUICK. Didn't have problems when the buick dealership was owned by Mr. Albright. More
