I stood there as he was surfing the net or reading a paper or something oblivious to people standing around waiting. So I walked out and will never step foot in such a poor excuse of a dealership. Don't buy from this dealer! My husband and I bought a new Pacifica from this dealer and have had nothing but problems with the van.
