My Durango has been there for 3 months waiting on repairs. Told they had our loaner car ready today, and nobody in the department knew about it. My Review is directed to the Dealership and the Service Department, this is “service” after the sale. I took my 2021 Ram 1500 in for it’s first service since I purchased it today 3-25-23, after they prefor Department, this is “service” after the sale. I took my 2021 Ram 1500 in for it’s first service since I purchased it today 3-25-23, after they preformed the service and after I got home I couldn’t tell that my tires were actually rotated, there were no signs that they were rotated and knowing that rotating the tires increases the life of them, I questioned if they actually did as they said, being that this was on a Saturday and the service department closed once they completed their scheduled appointment’s I was unable to speak to anyone that afternoon, that’s when I left a bad review that I have since deleted, the service manager called me back on Monday morning concerning my inquiry about them doing as they said, he invited me to come by and look at a video that showed the complete service they preformed on my truck including the tire rotation. Not only did they do as they said, I was impressed with the care for the vehicle that was taken while preforming the service, needless to say I immediately apologized for my comments and the poor review I had left for them, I would highly recommend for anyone to take their vehicle to them for any service needs they may have, I know I will. Thank you Victory Dodge for the commitment to excellent service not only to vehicle service but to the customers as well. More

As I called for a week straight just to set up an appointment to get my oil changed and someone finally answered. So I set it up for a week in advance . I stood there as he was surfing the net or reading a paper or something oblivious to people standing around waiting. So I walked out and will never step foot in such a poor excuse of a dealership.
