I've bought a 42,000 truck off of them they promised me the world and gave me a shovel of dirt. All said and done I walked away 4 hours after arriving at the car shop. With a vehicle that I had to take to a detailer to have cleaned and pay 300.00 for a spare key and fob. Because I tried to call back to them and have these things done but got put on hold and was told to call days later because they were to busy to talk to me. More

Unprofessional and dishonest I was driving in to buy a car that I assumed was being held for me. Got a phone call on the way saying that it had been sold out from under me because I was driving in to buy a car that I assumed was being held for me. Got a phone call on the way saying that it had been sold out from under me because I hadn’t signed anything the day before...despite setting up a time with the salesman to actually pick up the vehicle. The only reason I didn’t sign was because there was an open recall that hadn’t been addressed. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time with these idiots. No professionalism whatsoever. I have all communication documented if there are any doubts about my experience. More

Terrible service at Victory Delmont May 2017. I drove 2 hours based on an inaccurate description valuing a 2017 Durango $4,000 more than the actual Kelly blue book value. Ok, mistakes h May 2017. I drove 2 hours based on an inaccurate description valuing a 2017 Durango $4,000 more than the actual Kelly blue book value. Ok, mistakes happen. I agreed to my trade and the price for the Durango with absolutely no bickering about the price. I asked what the "out the door" price was and was given a total. After making my way back to financing I was given a different total. Over $1000 more. I was told I misunderstood what "out the door" meant. Fine, we continue with the deal and the salesman says he's throwing in an extra warranty ($370 value) for free for my trouble. I was there over 5 hours total. I come home and look through all the paperwork and see nothing about anything "extra" that was thrown in. I contacted the business office the next day, the unhelpful woman told me she didn't know what I was talking about and would have to call me back. She never did. I contacted them again using their customer service chat and they again said they would get back to me. Nothing. Contacted them again this morning, still no response. Terrible customer service, very frustrated and will leave feedback at every possible online outlet to express my irritation. Tried to give them a chance to address the problem. Next time we'll drive the extra few miles to blueknob auto. Very disappointed. Stereotypical used car sales tactics. July 2017. Here we are 2 months later and the DMV still has no record of the title transfer to my Durango. I have wasted several hours of my time trying to resolve this problem. I spoke to their finance manager Thursday eve and he assured me the office manager would call me Friday morning. I heard nothing from their office manager. I called and left a message for her to call me back, which she did not. I also left a message on Eric Kinkead's voicemail (the GM) Friday with no response. How do I get someone at this dealership to file the appropriate paperwork so that I can legally drive my vehicle. This is ridiculous. I paid this car off on May 25th with their finance company and there is no title to be found!!! I will happily drive all the way back to the dealership to return the vehicle for a full refund. Is this my only option to resolve this problem?! And as to my original complaint, their salesman did contact me and said he would text a copy of the additional warranty I was given for my first frustrating experience. He never did. More

The current management will not return calls, they are uniformed with there product. They have sales people that only care about the sale and not the people. There service department is the worst anywhere. The management needs a lesson in how to manage and how to treat hard working people. I have purchased 4 vehicles from Victory over a 3 year time frame with the old team with Mr. Olive. I would not buy a candy bar from this dealership. I would never trust there service department and never recommend this dealer to anyone EVER.. It is really too bad because I purchased based on the relationship I had with the management and sales team. This team makes you feel like your doing them a favor by just being there. I know many people and I will make sure that I never recommend this dealership to anyone. Victory Dodge has certainly lost my business forever. 2011 Ram Paint Bubbling I typically get my service done at Victory Ram in Delmont. The old Team Kunkles. For the most part I was satisfied until my recent visit. I called ant told the service guy that I had paint bubbling on my front right fender. He said bring it over in about an hour and I will take a look at it. I work nearby so the location is good for me. When I arrived I waited a few minutes and someone finally went out to look at it. I went with him to show him where the problem was. He looked at it and said thats not too bad. He went back inside put my vin number in the computer and said thats too old Chrysler wont do anything about that. I said your kidding they would rather loose a customer than take care of my paint and he said yes. I immediately left and went back to work. I stewed over this for a while then I went to Shorkey out in North Huntingdon. They quickly took care of the problem and only charged $100.00 deductible. I guess I know where I will be getting my service done from here on out. Not a good way for the new ownership of Team Kunkle to save customer. More

They truly DO put the customer's needs first and each of them have a whole-hearted way of making YOU part of the Victory family. I have without a doubt given my full business to Victory Dodge and will never go to another dealership. If think you can get a better deal you will not. My family just purchased two brand new 2015 vehicles from Victory Dodge during week of 08/22/15. 2015 Chrysler 200 Limited and a 2015 RAM 1500 4x4 Big Horn 3.0L Turbo Diesel. This will be our 4th purchase from Victory over the past few years and we would not even think of going elsewhere. The purchase process was direct, knowledgeable, extensive, and extremely no hassle. The 200 Limited has the 2015 5 star crash rating Best Consumer Digest buying report, fuel economy. The RAM has best in class fuel economy as this was very important coming from a 5.7L HEMI that cost a huge amount in fuel. The new 3.0Liter Turbocharged Diesel is the most fuel efficient affordable truck I have ever owned. I am now saving a fortune in fuel since having the 5.7L HEMI for a period of time. I hate to say it but I would have never thought I would be more excited over the 3.0L Diesel from the 5.7LHEMI. The new Big Horn is the best truck I have ever owned and I have owned many trucks. My genuine thanks to the complete staff at Victory Dodge but a very big kudos to Owner Mr. Victor Oliver of Victory Dodge who has the most professional and best sales professionals in auto business. A very big thank you to Sales Professional Mr. Jeff Pepper who has been instrumental in assisting in the multiple purchases of all my vehicles.
