Oil Change/Tire Rotation Scheduled me for a late (7:00PM) oil change and tire rotation. Best waiting room ever.....great experience overall vs other I have had some bad experiences getting service done outside of the dealership. I have owned about 17 cars over a period Of 30 years. Over that I have had some bad experiences getting service done outside of the dealership. I have owned about 17 cars over a period Of 30 years. Over that timeframe I've tried dozens of car repair places. Some of them local, and some of the major national repair chains. The last national chain that I tried on one vehicle, tried to do a repair, told me to take it to another repair shop, then that repair shop told me to take into the dealer.
