The transmission fluid take me all day after first change i find out transmission fluid leaking and must return and spend another 3 hours waiting it's unprofessional they cost me over $400 i expected better i find out transmission fluid leaking and must return and spend another 3 hours waiting it's unprofessional they cost me over $400 i expected better service because of price most other mechanic charged half price i am disappointed this time. Emmanuel Obiefuna Was my salesman and honestly I am so glad we crossed paths. Very knowledgeable and a servant at heart. I came in looking for a truck as mine had driven its last mile. He greeted me at th glad we crossed paths. Very knowledgeable and a servant at heart. I came in looking for a truck as mine had driven its last mile. He greeted me at the door with a smile and I explained my situation and my need. He walked me to his desks as I had told him I had seen a few on the Bosak site that I was interested in. I told him the price range I was looking for and after I selected which truck I was most interested in he then guided me through the process and with about 10 minutes the deal was approved. He went above and beyond as the truck I was buying was located at another Bosak dealer. He then took the time to drive me to the other dealer to pick up my new truck. The entire process was stress free and very timely. I would highly recommend him to anyone. This was my fifth vehicle I have purchased from Bosak and I will be going to Bosak for all my future vehicles needs. More
