This dealership is hands-down the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Took my car in for a humming noise and not one mechanic could tell me what it was. First, I was told it was the bearings. Then suddenly it was with. Took my car in for a humming noise and not one mechanic could tell me what it was. First, I was told it was the bearings. Then suddenly it was the brakes. After the brakes got done, now it’s “something else” plus I need new tires. Seriously? Do they even know what they’re doing? After all that, I was quoted for all four brakes to be done. When I went to pick up my car, I was told only the front brakes were replaced. When I called them out, they blatantly lied and tried to act like they never said that. Unreal. This place is a circus. The service department is clueless and completely unprofessional. Management is no better. They let this nonsense happen and clearly don’t care. They play games with quotes, constantly change their story, and waste your time and money. If you’re smart, get EVERYTHING in writing because they are dishonest and cannot be trusted. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere ANYWHERE else to fix your car. More

This was second time I brought my Hornet in for same issue and hoping that it is resolved this time. Note:I previously took it to Cedar Lake Chrysler and they didn’t even pull it into garage, after 2 da issue and hoping that it is resolved this time. Note:I previously took it to Cedar Lake Chrysler and they didn’t even pull it into garage, after 2 days they tried to start it and since it started they did nothing! So I took it to Victory and their customer service is top notch! They reprogrammed remote first visit. The second visit they changed the battery. Praying the issue is taken care of this time.
