Only giving 4 stars do to the fact when u have an appointment to bring your car it should not take two days to even get it in, if they are backed up, push out the appointment time to reflect that. Worst service ever ,rude no communication! Charged for something and sent me home ,them knowing they did not fix the issue . Kept my car three days barely called this is the second time the ca Charged for something and sent me home ,them knowing they did not fix the issue . Kept my car three days barely called this is the second time the car was there for the same issue . I picked my car took it elsewhere and they had it fixed same day. I don’t know what the disconnect was or why they couldn’t figure it out . I even told them what I thought the problem might be . Who knows if they actually even looked at it .the woman who works there try’s to sell you on flushes and stuff your car doesn’t need . And she is extremely rude and condescending. If I could give negative stars I would. It’s a shame I bought all my cars from here and they went for all their service there as well. Not any more ! Not when another place got my car at 8in the morning called me by 830 to go over again what was wrong. Called me by 1030a and said we located the problem . Which ended up being exactly what I told victory to check for . By 330 pm at the new place my car was fixed and ready for pick up. Don’t waste your time at victory. I wish I wouldn’t have pause for the battery they told me I needed . 400 dollars I’d like back ! I can put my own battery in the only reason I agreed as they said they needed to do it to find the real problem. I’m just angry beyond angry! More
