I hit a pot-hole on the US23-north entrance ramp; exit 5. I contacted Chris to see if the Milan dealership could get my tire fixed as I did not like the idea of driving another 90 miles on the spare "donut. Within five minutes Mark the service manager was calling me to arrange service on my vehicle. Upon arrival at the dealership I was quickly checked in and the tire was being addressed before the computer could print the work order. The service advisor, Mike, was very attentive keeping me posted as to the status of my vehicle as we were awaiting the arrival of the replacement tire (the pot-hole destroyed my original tire).
