The only issue is that we were told they had our parts for 2 weeks before they were able to make the repair. They had the vehicle for over 4 weeks total, and it only had 200miles on it. I found Victory Chevrolet when I owned my 2019 Impala Premier and they did some great work in November of 2024. 1 of the parts was a purge valve and when I was viewing my monthly On Star diagnostics in J Premier and they did some great work in November of 2024. 1 of the parts was a purge valve and when I was viewing my monthly On Star diagnostics in January this year I found a special warranty relating to the purge valve. I brought it to there attention and a week later I had a refund for the cost of the purge valve repair. Thank you to the service advisor Amy and the Service manager Dereck. Fast forward to today and thought I had an issue with my front windshield on my brand new 2025 Chevy Blazer. Dereck came out with a razor blade and some glass cleaner and he figured out it was some tough road grime and was able to get it off and no issue and sent me happily on my way. I highly recommend the service department at Victory Chevrolet the words fair,honest, kind come to mind. I certainly also want to include the tech that worked on my Impala back in November especially figuring out the broken wires in my trunk thank you Victory Chevrolet. More
