To make a long story short, I picked my car up and took it directly to GMC- Cadillac of South Charlotte. What Jack at Chevrolet made seem impossible to do, Cadillac fixed and was able to have my warranty c it directly to GMC- Cadillac of South Charlotte. What Jack at Chevrolet made seem impossible to do, Cadillac fixed and was able to have my warranty company cover it. I will never go to Victory again. I actually called and spoke with a manager immediately after I picked up my car because I felt like I had been taken advantage of and he made me feel worse! More

I am so frustrated with this service department. I have been dealing with service issues with my Avalanche for over a year. This is my second (2nd) different vehicle that has been in this service de I have been dealing with service issues with my Avalanche for over a year. This is my second (2nd) different vehicle that has been in this service department for over a year. Mr. Terrell provides excellent customer service. The managers, well the can do more and provide more benefits due to as much I have been through. I have been as professional as possible due to the circumstances this service department has put me through. I would give them one star, but Mr Terrell has been excellent. More
A high of Two stars because the recall repair was quick and the waiting area was nice. Should be a one star because the problem I requested to be repaired was not completed and was not checked or confirme and the waiting area was nice. I am absolutely frustrated that I paid $70,000 for a new vehicle and the radio or the sounds will not work! Automatic Carplay does not work and I continually have to re-boot my system, exit my vehicle, lock it for 10 minutes than unlock it to get my radio to work (sometimes!!!) I should have known this was a problem when it took 2 hours for the Onstar to connect when I was delivered the vehicle. More
