Highest dealer add on fees I've seen. Lying salesman. Unethical finance department practices. Took delivery of my car when it had an open recall. As far as Shane and the service crew, they were AWESOME as usual; however, Victory Chevrolet as an entity, there is definitely a vibe that is present and it is NOT good, like it was before the change in Ma as usual; however, Victory Chevrolet as an entity, there is definitely a vibe that is present and it is NOT good, like it was before the change in Management!
