Highest dealer add on fees I've seen. Lying salesman. Unethical finance department practices. Took delivery of my car when it had an open recall. No idea when accessories are arriving. The recall was for engine misfire causing engine damage... but go ahead and take it. Sales Mgr calls the next day wanting it back but wouldn't elaborate when I asked what is this all about. Worst experience I have ever had. More

As far as Shane and the service crew, they were AWESOME as usual; however, Victory Chevrolet as an entity, there is definitely a vibe that is present and it is NOT good, like it was before the change in Ma as usual; however, Victory Chevrolet as an entity, there is definitely a vibe that is present and it is NOT good, like it was before the change in Management! I really hope that it doesn't go down hill because as much as I have loved doing business with Victory, my family and I -- who purchased two vehicles from there, WILL take our business elsewhere and will not recommend Victory.
