This was first experience with this dealership and hopefully not the last! I had the pleasure of working with Jason Edwards and Jamal Cole. They were both super friendly, helpful, accommodating and very knowledgeable. Jason answered all my questions, showed me everything I needed to know about my car. Jamal made the financing and paperwork process super easy! This was without a doubt the easiest car purchase I have ever made!! I can't recommend them enough. I had a horrible experience with victory Chevrolet in Smithville Missouri. Cory is who I dealt with he comes off as very arrogant. You treated me like a joke and thought it was in my head which didn’t s Smithville Missouri. Cory is who I dealt with he comes off as very arrogant. You treated me like a joke and thought it was in my head which didn’t sit very well with me when I knew I had a problem it took over six months tows back-and-forth before somebody took it seriously that I actually had a problem with my car. Because they couldn’t figure it out they suggested I just dump the car and buy one of those I just bought the car six months ago from Ford in Smithville I purchased it with a problem it would be a hit and miss whether the key fob would open the door and because it’s a push start car if you can’t enter the car it doesn’t register the key fob so you can’t start the car that was my problem for six months it was a sensor inside the car that was the problem I had to purchase Two new key fobs that I didn’t need to total waste of $800 that was what they told me was wrong with my car but it wasn’t then we changed a couple sensors at my expense and that wasn’t the problem by the third sensor the module inside the car a nice girl that works there finally figured out the problem thanks to her but with my experience I will never take anything back to them they looked at me like I was a joke More

This was my first experience at a dealer ship, my mom set up the appointment and she was with me. When we walked in we realized from the start the positive and comforting atmosphere around us. my mom spoke up the appointment and she was with me. Marking Daniels is the salesman we worked with. He was very nice, honest and kept it real with us, the opposite of what you hear about car salesman. Theresa was the lady we sat down with in financing. She was very helpful, nice and intelligent. Overall it was a good experience, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and appreciate Amanda, Marking, and Theresa for being good to my mother and I,professional and friendly is what to expect. I came in the dealership, knowing I wasn’t going to be able to purchase the vehicle that I wanted. Well, I met with Colby. He assured me that he was going to make it work. I didn’t believe him. The dealership manage, Kim, even came over, and said the same thing. I just knew, that was a 45 minutes drive, waste of time. They said they were going to make it work. I was still unsure, and even started looking at cars from other dealerships on my phone. THEY WORKED THEIR MAGIC! I got what I came for. Everyone was so nice, and assuring. Exactly what I asked for! I took my truck here for an oil change. I knew there were a few other problems with it but didn't want the whole "you need this & that" speech. I book I took my truck here for an oil change. I knew there were a few other problems with it but didn't want the whole "you need this & that" speech. I booked online and said Oil change and NOTHING ELSE as I am aware of the problems. Finally a dealership that honors my wishes as a customer. I got the oil change and was in and out. They went ahead and listed a few known issues on my receipt but did not waste my time with the whole song and dance. I couldn't be happier. Thanks!! The whole staff was great to deal with. More
