My daughter bought a used car from Victory Smithville recently. Her sales representative Mike was a quality human being and treated her with integrity and honesty. The folks in the repair department immediately loaned her a car and took her car back and fixed it without question. The repair department actually called me directly to apologize for not originally catching the problem before selling the car. The gentleman I spoke to was kind, respectful and appeared to want nothing but our complete satisfaction. Our experience with Victory Smithville has been excellent. I recommend them without hesitation. More
