I purchased a 2012 GMC Sierra Denali with the Duramax ($60,000). They received it from there GMC store. Jackson was good to deal with, he got me what I wanted, but when it came down to the paperwork. All the paperwork had to be re-typed so it took considerably longer than expected to sign the paperwork. No big deal, or so I thought. Then I received the paperwork from Ally bank, my name was wrong, Onstar, my name was wrong, XM radio, my name was wrong. So when I talked to the dealership about this I was pretty much told sorry it is up to me to get with them and get my name corrected. Now I have spent almost 2 hours of my time waiting on hold and going through automated messages trying to get everything straightened out. For $60,000 I thought I would get a little better customer service than what I received. If this is the way they treat their customers, I'm sorry, but I'm going somewhere else. More

He was concentrated on me and not distracted, which personally I felt comforting. Also, J.C. was quick, efficient and didn't toy around. I recently went in for an oil change, and the customer service was incredible. I was greeted quickly by Don and he was quick, courteous and got me on my way. When I went up to pay the bill, Amy greated me wright away she was freindly and very helpfull. I enjoy coming into Randy Wise because the staff is freindly and careing. I love the fact that I can work on my lap top in the waiting room and there is always refreshments for me while I wait. The staff really looks out for the customers. Overall it was an enjoyable experience! More
Beware!! I bought a used truck from these crooks. They did service work on it before I bought it. The brake rotors were machined under factory spec range. When they aligned it, they left the adjustment bolts loose and damage was done to the steering stabilizer. They couldnt balance the tires right. They could not balance the tires right. I have serious brake problems now and I am left with dealing with problems myself, with no help from them. They suck! Dont trust the service manager farther than I can throw him. Horrible! I have never had this much trouble in my life! More

We had contacted several other dealerships looking for a Red 2011 Equinox and they all told us there were none available. We contacted Craig Viers and he didn't give up until he had found us one!
