If you are looking for an enthusiastic, very knowlegable sales person be sure to look for Alan Johnson. Upside -- Josh was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the product we were looking at. We told him what we were looking for and he steered us in the right direction. He and the sales manager worked hard in the give and take to come up with the bottom line that we were happy with. Tony (?) in financing knows his products well and did his best to work with us on the type of coverage we might need as "extras". All in all after the deal was done, we are pretty happy. but Downside --After just spending $40,000 on a vehicle, I was a bit surprised we didn't get a bucket labeled as a "new customer car care kit" especially after asked Tony (?) about it as we were leaving..... The second key was not available and it will have to be picked up at a later date after it is found..... The oil change sticker on the windshield said the vehicle was due for a change at 3,000 miles and the vehicle currently had 5,292 on it. I called Josh and he said that it had just had an oil change before it went into the showroom but the sticker had not been changed and that he would get a new sticker for it. More
I recently went in for the first oil change on my new buick regal, and the customer service was incredible. I was greeted quickly by Don and he was quick, courteous and got me on my way. When I went up to pay the bill, the secretary was busy on the phone, and the manager Joyce was quick to greet me and ask me how my day was and got me on my way. I hit a pot-hole on the US23-north entrance ramp; exit 5. I contacted Chris to see if the Milan dealership could get my tire fixed as I did not like the idea of driving another 90 miles on the spare "donut. Within five minutes Mark the service manager was calling me to arrange service on my vehicle. Upon arrival at the dealership I was quickly checked in and the tire was being addressed before the computer could print the work order. The service advisor, Mike, was very attentive keeping me posted as to the status of my vehicle as we were awaiting the arrival of the replacement tire (the pot-hole destroyed my original tire). I really appreciate the prompt service. More

I purchased the 2009 Buick Lucerne because I heard they had a good service department and a had a good experience with Robert Betts when he was at Faist Diesing. When Robert went to the Randy Wise dealership in Milan, that's where we had to go to purchase the 2009 Buick Lucerne.
