If I could describe Randy Wise Chevrolet Buick in only one word, I think it would be awesome! I thought my experience there was great. He was concentrated on me and not distracted, which personally I felt comforting. Also, J.C. was quick, efficient and didn't toy around. I recently went in for an oil change, and the customer service was incredible. I was greeted quickly by Don and he was quick, courteous and got me on my way. When I went up to pay the bill, Amy greated me service was incredible. I was greeted quickly by Don and he was quick, courteous and got me on my way. I love the fact that I can work on my lap top in the waiting room and there is always refreshments for me while I wait. The staff really looks out for the customers. Upside -- Josh was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the product we were looking at. We told him what we were looking for and he steered us in the right direction. Tony (?) in financing knows his products well and did his best to work with us on the type of coverage we might need as "extras". All in all after the deal was done, we are pretty happy. but Downside --After just spending $40,000 on a vehicle, I was a bit surprised we didn't get a bucket labeled as a "new customer car care kit" especially after asked Tony (?) about it as we were leaving..... The second key was not available and it will have to be picked up at a later date after it is found..... The oil change sticker on the windshield said the vehicle was due for a change at 3,000 miles and the vehicle currently had 5,292 on it. I called Josh and he said that it had just had an oil change before it went into the showroom but the sticker had not been changed and that he would get a new sticker for it. More
