I went to the Randy Wise car dealership thinking that I wasn't going to leave very happy based on my previous attempts. I was wrong. My mother just recently bought a new Silverado with the help of Doug Chi wasn't going to leave very happy based on my previous attempts. I was wrong. My mother just recently bought a new Silverado with the help of Doug Chitren so she suggested I make an attempt. I originally went in with the referral from my mom to talk to Doug but he was helping another customer. Instead I was helped by Jeff Hauserman and he put me in the first car I can actually call my own. This was and is my first big purchase. I went in with barely any credit history and I left with a 2011 Malibu. The staff was friendly, fast and relatable. I have no regrets and I highly suggest working with Randy Wise Chevrolet Buick for your next new or used car purchase. More

Doug was fantastic. He was an excellent listener and worked hard to make sure that I paid a good price (e.g., going out of his way to look for additional discounts I might qualify for). We purchase a used "certified" inspected car in May. In June the brakes went out and they want to charge us almost $500 for a brake job when they told us the brakes were good when we purchased it. Needed a part for the drivers seat and ordered it in June, they received it and returned it without calling us. August the main computer module of the car went out, limped the car into the dealership where they hooked it up to their computer and got 31 different error codes, let it sit over night and car started up just fine....must be fixed! Not willing to replace computer, not sure if it will happen again, just bring it back if it does. Reordered part for seat, was told it will be in tomorrow...tomorrow was a week ago and no one will call back. Sales person Susan Brown will not return phones calls regarding any issues with the car, nor will her supervisor. But they will call to wish you a Happy Birthday and ask you to refer someone to their dealership. Very poor customer service for a small town dealership. Very poor in standing behind the product they sell. Had to replace car for the fact of safety and dependability and because of the unwillingness of the dealership to help solve problems. More
They are a great company; Jeff and Alan did a lot to get me into the car I wanted, for the price I wanted. They even called me back into the dealership, days later, because they'd found a way to lower my mo me into the car I wanted, for the price I wanted. I was calling about buying a Ford but he explained to me all about the Buicks and the Buick experience and suddenly I was excited about buying a Buick. I went to the showroom with an open mind about which car I wanted. Jackson took his time explaining the differences between each one and I decided to drive 2 vehicles. I liked them both a lot but ultimately bought the Buick Regal. I was so impressed with Jackson's knowledge of all the cars and he explained all the features so that I could easily understand them. He was very professional, and I never felt rushed. He is a really nice guy and not pushy at all. He sat in the car with me and reviewed all the controls including setting up the Onstar. The entire staff at Randy Wise went out of there way to make me feel comfortable. It was definitely the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I was also very pleased with the price, I feel I got a lot of car for my money! More

However, everyone at the dealership seemed happy to pitch in and do whatever it took to answer questions, and move the process along to a successful conclusion. This is the first time I have been in a dealership to purchase a new vehicle that I did not feel like I was making a trip to the dentist. More
