This dealer has unscrupulous selling practices. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership that I knew had had some previous damage. The car functioned well and this appeared to be a reputable dealer so I decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle. When I returned to buy the car the person that I had been working with was no longer there. The replacement, Doug, that the dealership provided to finish the paperwork was rude and condescending. After 5 minutes with he I was about to walk out of the door until the manager come over to finish the rest of the paperwork. He seemed nice enough. I purchased the car and then days later begin having issues with the air conditioning. I attempted to contact the dealer since it had only been a couple of days and was basically told that it was my problem. I found another Ford dealer to repair the issue. While the car was in the shop I was told that the vehicle had been repaired with parts that were not designed for this vehicle and that the dealership had basically committed fraud in telling me that it had. This voided the warranty that I had purchased and left me holding the bill. I have purchased used cars before in this area and have only gone to reputable dealers because I hope to be able to expect a certain level of quality. This is by far the worst experience that I have ever had and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
Called Carrie Watts at this dealer to see if they would match the price I received on a silver Sonic at a dealer in Bowling Green, OH. The first response was no. A few day's later Alan Johnson called me back and said they would meet or beat the price and match the other dealers offer of $1000 on my trade in. I set up an appointment for 11:00 on Friday, August 16th. I drove 70 miles to the dealer and arrived about 10:50. My husband and I sat down with Carrie to discuss the new car. She started out the conversation with asking me if I had driven a Sonic before. When we proceeded to appraising my vehicle, she came up with only $674. I had to argue with her that she told me on the phone that they would match the $1000 offer from Ohio. Eventually they agreed to the $1000. She then told me that the car I came to see wasn't even in the lot, it was in Flint which was an hour away and they would have needed a deposit first before the car would be driven down. Probably the reason why she asked me if I had ever driven a Sonic before! I said "do you expect me to buy a car without even seeing it"? She had no response. At no point in our conversations prior to my appointment did Carrie inform me of the cars whereabouts. I decided to continue on with getting an out-the-door price and give them an opportunity to get the car there. They ended up being about $700 over my Ohio offer. So in conclusion, I had to fight to get the trade-in value they promised me, they lied about matching the out-the-door price, and I drove 140 miles to see a car that wasn't even in the lot. I asked to see the manager (was too upset at that point and didn't get his name). I voiced my opinion about my disappointing visit and said I should at least be reimbursed for my gas. His response was "sorry we don't do that here". I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. They will tell you anything you want to hear just to get you in the door. More

Alan and Mike are knowledgeable and thoughtful and will do what ever they can to make the car buying experience as pleasant as possible. Even though they did not have exactly what we were looking for they do what ever they can to make the car buying experience as pleasant as possible. Even though they did not have exactly what we were looking for they were able to acquire the vehicle we wanted from another dealer. I would recommend Alan and Randy Wise to anyone. More
I have gone to Alan Johnson for three cars so far and will continue to go to Alan Johnson! The minute I started the test drive I knew I would be going home with the Verano. I was able to get a lease that included OnStar, satellite radio, and maintenance. I have thought several times that I wish it was longer than a two year lease because I love the car. Alan made the process very easy. I was worried when I got there because I couldn't locate my title documents from my Pontiac, but Alan told me not to worry and took care of getting the right paperwork. Alan is very clear in explaining all of the paperwork and what all of the documents are. He is extremely personable and welcoming. The whole staff at the dealership was! Before I left the dealership, Alan even helped me set up my phone so it was connected to the car's system. I live more than an hour from the dealership but I will gladly continue to return to see Alan Johnson! More
I went in for a used car and Mr. Joe Ward was extremely helpful, as was everyone there. I e-mailed Mr. Ward about the cars I wanted to look at. Everyone took the time to greet me, and Mr. Ward even took me around to the Service shop to introduce me to the workers there as well. I felt very welcomed by the staff, and see this dealership becoming a family dealership for many years to come. Mr. Joe Ward was very informative in answering all my questions, and it seemed like he was giving me his true honest and very knowledgeable opinion regarding everything I asked. I purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima with very few miles in it. The car was in perfect condition with just one tiny, barely noticeable scratch that I am sure can be taken out. Mr. Ward even took the time to put my car through a car wash one more time before I drove it off the lot, making sure that it was also spotless inside. He also showed me the blue book value of the car, and that the price I got the car for was well below what the actual value of the car was. My favorite thing about this dealership was that Mr. Ward answered all my questions, without making me feel pressured to buy the car in any way. He did not use any cheap tactics at all. I am very excited for my car and hope that all goes well. This is a great dealership that will make you feel right at home. I know my family will continue to use them for any cars we need in the future. More
I saw a 2010 Prius advertised on AutoTrader, Cars.com and CarGurus. They set up an appointment to see the car and I came in. Cars.com, the site they advertised the car on, listed retail for the very vehicle with the exact features as $17,100. Randy Wise listed the car originally at $18,333 and 'reduced' to $17,777. The sales assistant said it would be worth my time to drive down so I assumed they were willing to negotiate on the price. When I arrived and test drove the car it was in generally poor condition. It had not been swept or cleaned at all, contained a strong odor and was missing multiple accessory items, covers, pads etc... The manager was not willing to negotiate at all and was fairly rude and condescending, he insisted the vehicle was a good deal in that condition and its fair retail value was $19,100. It was a waste of time to visit. More
