Had horrible experience with Victory Chevrolet. I custom ordered a new 2024 Silverado 2500HD 4 or 5 months ago. So the wait was a long time, granted not their fault. The problem is that I was calle I custom ordered a new 2024 Silverado 2500HD 4 or 5 months ago. So the wait was a long time, granted not their fault. The problem is that I was called and told the truck would be delivered to the dealer in a couple days and can I come in and finalize the paperwork. I sit down with the salesman and I added $2500 worth of dealer installed options I wanted. Great so far. Then we go over the purchase agreement and on top of my chosen options the dealer added $2500 of market demand markup and $2700 worth of dealer "mandatory" options (oxymoron) . After I refused to pay $2500 above sticker value on a truck I ordered and waited months for they did remove that cost. They then refused to not install $2700 worth of dealer options I had no desire for. The point of custom ordering is to add things I want, not put items on I don't want. I was informed that's how they make money, wow. They then told me they were not selling me the custom truck I ordered because I declined their items. Really? Bottom line is that none of this was mentioned or written on the order agreement I signed and deposited $1000 on. What horrible predatory business practices. I wait months for a custom order and they try to handcuff me with almost $6000 of extra cost. I called GM to file a complaint and the customer service agent was flabbergasted. I was informed they would escalate my complaint. I don't expect any resolution but I had to share my bad experience. I did follow up with 3 different dealers when I got home to check if I went to their lot for a Silverado 2500 could I expect a market markup or thousands of dollars worth of dealer added options I didn't want. I was told no. The next day I got exactly what I wanted plus extra items I wasn't originally going to pay for, but like having and for less from Feldman Chevrolet. I purposely went to Victory originally because they were a small town dealer. So sorry that I did after my experience. More

When I woke up last Thursday, I wasn’t intending to purchase a car that day. But I got a call from Victory since I had been looking at inventory online a few days before. So I went in and Joe Elliott purchase a car that day. But I got a call from Victory since I had been looking at inventory online a few days before. So I went in and Joe Elliott became my sales person of the day. He did a great job from the moment I met him. I told him I was interested in another Equinox. My previous vehicle was a 2011 model. He showed me to the lot and asked if I’d like to test drive one. So I took one out and it was a great ride. I came back and I selected the color and features that I wanted in my new Equinox, especially that it be an all wheel drive model, with Sirius radio and Onstar. I decided to purchase a new one that was going to be at the dealership in a few days. I gave a deposit. On the following Saturday, the vehicle had arrived. Joe, got in the car with me and showed me where the various controls were inside the vehicle. He also paired my cell phone with the vehicle so I could call hands free. He called Onstar and set me up with them. All in all, I was very happy with Joe and with Victory Chevrolet. I purchased the car outright, so there was no need to finance it. More
