Took two times of getting truck down there , to compete diagnostics first time was oil change tire rotation, and diagnostic on transmission no call till after 4:30 truck had to stay overnight. Second schedule was an all day thing.. seems like there’s no concern for the customer time or travel to get vehicles. Understand her isn’t an issue with the transmission. This place is done all the oil changes and whatever need to be done. Did not get a good in depth diagnostic gotta maybe this if that don’t work it’s a transmission there has to be more to it in this if it’s a professional place not upset that it come out that I need some type of transmission work. It’s just all the time and the lack of details. More

My buying experience with Victory Chevrolet was excellent… Raymond Beckman has been my family’s “go-to guy” for many years. Raymond was able to find exactly what I wanted and get it in to Victory’ excellent… Raymond Beckman has been my family’s “go-to guy” for many years. Raymond was able to find exactly what I wanted and get it in to Victory’s lot in a very short amount of time. At delivery there was an issue with my new 2025 Chevy Tahoe, On-Star module was bad. Raymond Beckman took care of me as usual. It took FOREVER for GM to get them the part, but each time it had to be taken to dealership Raymond brought a loaner for me and picked up my vehicle. The service department was easy to work with and did an excellent job once the part came in. More

They no longer will accept my checks I have paid my bill with chevy for over 4 years and had no problems. New dealer comes to town and no longer can I pay by check. I have to use a credit card.
