No more than got home with the vehicle and the problems and repair bills started to stack up. All they would say is I will look into it. They wouldn't help by any means at all. They clearly don't care about their customers or their vehicles. Only pushing vehicles out the door as fast as they can. Vehicle I had purchased also didn't have necessary recall work done according to Chevrolet. Was listed as a stop sale until recall work was done. However, they still sold it be me knowingly that the recalls weren't completed. They will also sneak in charges without explaining what they are. Look for Safepoint on the bill and have them take it off. Waste of money. Has no features of any value. More

I bought a used vehicle from Victory Chevrolet with which I am happy. The sales staff were great. My problem is that dealership's finance people should have made me aware that your financing was through an online bank. I came with my own, but took yours without knowing this fact, and would not have done so had I known. I've never dealt with a totally online bank and have no desire to ever do so. Jjust as I like the service of the people at Victory Chevrolet--who will make it right and stand behind what they sell--no such thing exists at online banks. Online entities like Facebook and the rest of Silicon Valley, are simply not to be trusted. It's OK that your dealership requires using a set finance company to obtain the $1000 credit in "Victory Dollars," but to not disclose that Ally is 100% online is disingenuous. And the Victory Dealership Group is clearly large enough to offer consumers choice to not burden those of us who would rather deal with people. . More
Great experience! Caleb was a man of his word. He went over and beyond to understand my needs and made sure to be very clear and transparent. The whole buying experien Caleb was a man of his word. He went over and beyond to understand my needs and made sure to be very clear and transparent. The whole buying experience was amazing. In and out and didn't play games or waste my time. I will be back for sure in the future. Was absolutely worth the drive after the 2 other dealers fully wasted my time! The numbers we agreed on well kept to a T and didn't feel pressured at all! Very great experience! More

Do NOT give these people your money! Sold vehicle to former employee (according to billy Davidson the general manager). After I had put a full price offer in online overnight and spoke Sold vehicle to former employee (according to billy Davidson the general manager). After I had put a full price offer in online overnight and spoke with two employees (ken) and (chris) before the dealership opened. Danny warden the used car manager lied to my face and said she was there before me. 100% untrue. I was the only car on the lot before they opened. Anyway if you look below you can see all the bad reviews these people get. I should have done more research. Save your self the trouble and do not waste your time with these people. Bunch of liars, clowns and losers. Can’t believe people like this are still in business. Horrible. ZERO STARS! More

During investigation, it was revealed that the transmission had internal issues that would have been apparent to any mechanic during their so called "123 point inspection". In the opinion of this customer, the probability of them not knowing the car had issues, before the sale, is very slight. Lesson learned, do not purchase any used vehicle from any dealer without a reputable mechanic checking it out for you. Do not make the same mistake of blindly trusting this dealership, or any other for that matter. Good luck! More
