Once you get out the door, they are not going to return calls. Also the useless $600+ add on service they sell is just that. Very poor experience with finance manager. Bought a truck from them and had extra services added to the final contract without disclosing. They then acted offended when I asked what a 650 doll Bought a truck from them and had extra services added to the final contract without disclosing. They then acted offended when I asked what a 650 dollar detailing fee was added onto my contract. We also agreed on a certain service contract and I find out days later that I was sold a different contract then the one that was discussed. It took several days of me calling and leaving voicemails for me to confirm that. I would not recommend this dealership. More

Absolutely awful. My wife and I visited Victory in Paola and started a deal on a vehicle that hadn't been delivered yet. Went home, worked the deal out (they said they had trouble applying two GM rebates). Eventually, the sales manager, Chris B, called and worked the deal out. Gave me numbers which we agreed to. Thirty minutes later, he called back and said they had sold it to someone else who paid cash. "The cash won out. First come first served." "Even though we had a deal?" "No cash had changed hands." Wow. I think that says a lot about their business - good luck! More

I have contacted Victory about scheduling a day for my car to be towed for repairs and needing a loaner. Keep getting the same response: Someone from our Service Department will contact you ASAP..... NOTH car to be towed for repairs and needing a loaner. Keep getting the same response: Someone from our Service Department will contact you ASAP..... NOTHING!! Took it to a local auto repair shop and they stated it is needing engine work. Car is still under warranty, so I contacted them and they said I would need to take it back to the dealership. Welp, I been doing that since last Friday. Starting to feel like they are avoiding me for the simple fact of not wanting to deal with the extent of what maybe wrong. I just want my car fixed! More

I went and bought a used Nissan Rogue from Tom in sales, the carfax said it had been wrecked and when I asked about it I was told it was “just a light fender bender” but then it blew a tire and ruined my ri the carfax said it had been wrecked and when I asked about it I was told it was “just a light fender bender” but then it blew a tire and ruined my rim in the first week and then wore another tire to the steel and then blew the spare and then had to replace both of the struts all within the first 30 days, and then when I talked to someone about it, Michael in service not only belittled and disrespected me by immediately calling my father and pretending like I wasn’t even there for the conversation, he accused me of lying about hitting something and said it was all my fault and wouldn’t help at all. They are awful and will screw you over at the first chance they get! I would give them no stars if I could!!! More

Had nothing but problems with the truck for a month after buying it from them. Also had to change a spark plug and discovered 4 were new while the other 4 were old ones. A few months later had a flat tire so buying it from them. Also had to change a spark plug and discovered 4 were new while the other 4 were old ones. A few months later had a flat tire so went to put the spare on and discovered it was smaller than the other 4 that were already on. Will not be recommending them to anyone and will walk everywhere i go before buying from them again. More
