The reviews on this format aren't very impressive BUT the reviews on their Google page are SIGNIFICANTLY better. I bought a used Tesla from them and the process from beginning to end was easy, seamless and as enjoyable as buying a car can be. I definitely recommend them and I definitely recommend Ty. More

Cars and sales team are great, just come pre financed because their finance guy is a snake. We have actually bought 2 cars from them in the past year. Should have learned my lesson after the first one, because their finance guy is a snake. We have actually bought 2 cars from them in the past year. Should have learned my lesson after the first one, the finance team will lie to your face and make it sound like they are getting you a great deal and in fact they change the terms of your loan!!! After waiting 1 1/2 hours waiting I was honestly to tired and pissed off to raise the issue. Long story short we were told he got our payment reduced because of how he works with the banks when in fact all he did was extend the length of the loan by one year!!! Again actually a great deal ship I. Regards to cars, prices and sales team. They just need to gat a new finance team!!!!!! More

OMG, one of the worst car experiences ever. The salesman told me to bring in my last three bank statements, and I drove an hour and a half to this place only to find out that they cannot be fro The salesman told me to bring in my last three bank statements, and I drove an hour and a half to this place only to find out that they cannot be from two separate banks. What a waste of time! And the Tesla that I drove, shook and had a rattle. And they didn’t even have it charged even though they knew I wanted to buy it that day. I do not suggest you waste your time with these people. Read the reviews very carefully. More

The absolute worse experience ever dealing with any dealership in my life. They actually deserve zero stars! Anywhere from their poor communication skills to the feeling of being harassed while I'm at dealership in my life. They actually deserve zero stars! Anywhere from their poor communication skills to the feeling of being harassed while I'm at work, to the fact that after all that was said and done, we decided to pay for my car with a cashier's check, only to be told last minute that they wouldn't release my car to me until it cleared their bank. In all of the emails/text messages not one time was that ever mentioned. We drove a little over an hour where they are located with our trade in, and just when it was time to give me the keys so we could be on our way, THAT'S when they inform us about it having to be cleared first. That's when we had to contact our bank and get it cleared for a debit purchase instead. Mind you, this was on a Friday evening around 4:30 with the following day being a holiday so the banks were closed! I will never ever recommend this dearlship to anyone, ever! More

Unfortunately we join the ranks of all the other bad reviews. We purchased a 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 with just under 70,000 miles on May 24th, 2023. Just 3 months later the check engine light came on and we reviews. We purchased a 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 with just under 70,000 miles on May 24th, 2023. Just 3 months later the check engine light came on and we found out that the truck has a bad transmission. A rebuilt transmission will cost us about $7000. We called the dealership to see if they could help us out at all and they quoted us $8000 + tax for a rebuilt transmission so clearly they were not interested in helping us out with the repair. Like all the other bad reviews that we ignored, don't buy from them. More
