The dealer had the car perviously and the noise is in the same area of a switch that was previously replaced. After stating my problem to them they ended up fixing something in the center of the car which was never an issue. Never called after a week of having my car to let me know it was done or went over the services that were fixed on it. Had I know before that they didn't touch the door in which the noise was coming from I wouldn't have driven and hour and fifteen minutes one way to pick up my car that was never fixed. The manager even drove the car bc they said they couldn't replicate the sqeek when they drove it. I've left multiple messages for the service representative that helped me Ryan and the manager of service which neither have returned my call. More
Horrible Car Dealership I wish I could give Victorville Motors no stars. Place is a joke, my family bought a truck from them. They truck own right away, when my dad took it back to get a refund, they told him they would fix the problem for him. They fixed it incorrectly, which the BAR agreed with. Less than 3,000 miles later the truck had the same issues and the part was not under warranty due to the fact that Victorville Motors had done the job incorrectly. More

I came in to check out one of theirs I will never do business with these clowns. I was looking for a charger and was looking at different dealerships. I came in to check out one of theirs and thanked them for their time and tried to leave. While trying to leave some rando salesman stops me and says "hey I'll get u into that car for $xxx" which seemed like a good price and said we'd think about it. Saw the same car for a little more than the rando said. We went back in and said we'd like to discuss the price. Told the manager what the rando guy quoted and he laughed at us. I then told them the price the other dealership quoted and was laughed at again. And was told to tell them where that is so they would buy them up at that price. Needless to say, I bought the charger down the hill. And never looked back. More

I ended up going to Moss Brothers Dodge, in Moreno Valley. Moss Brothers Dodge Sales Personal, were totally opposite of Victorville Motors. I ended up purchasing two new vehicles, within a 4 day period. Fast forward to March 2017. The TPMS light came, and I took the carin for service at Victorville Motors. The service Department, replaced the passenger side airbag (Recall item), and just reset the TPMS light. After picking up the car, the light came back on within five(5) miles. I went back to the dealer, and was given an appointment. I took the car back in for service on a Tuesday morning. Around noon Wednesday, I received a call from the dealership, informing me that they had wreaked my car. They started repairing my car before I could see it, attempting to cover up the damage. They gave me a rental car for a week. I got the car back, and a week later the light came back one. Today my car is back in the dealership over night, and they don't know what's wrong with it. They don't even know, if I am getting it back tomorrow. Run from this dealership!!!!! More

I can't begin to explain how happy I am with my new Wrangler but even more with the service I received. They really do take good care of you, it feels like VIP service. I got a tour around the entire place while my paperwork was in progress which took that awful waiting period away. A special thank you to Tommy, Fernando, and Jonathan (who took me on a small dirt course in the jeep, that was awesome!) I remember when I was younger this place was small and now they're a huge dealership, I recommend them to anyone!!! More

Service dept is run without ethics My car had a turbo to get replaced. They said the coil packs and spark plugs were destroyed and it was 450 dollars. I refused service. They said (upsale) why don't you get all four coil packs and 8 spark plugs replaced for 758 dollars. I again said no. They waited a few days and told me the ignition switch had broken and now the car doesn't run at all. The cost is 395.00. This was the last straw, I filled out a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair and intend to sue them in small claims court. James Meyer is the new Service Manager and has been sued and lost for unnecessary repairs to me is stealing. More

If your still under factory warranty and have to use these guys, I'm sorry, I'm in the same boat with you.. My main complaints are that the dealership really seems to just not care about there customers. First, all of there vehicles have a mark-up, every single one. That up-front is a warning sign that these guys are price gouging. Second, they don't really negotiate, they may lower there marked up price to the factory sticker price, but anything more, forget it. I tried to purchase a new Jeep Wrangler and asked if they would price match a dealer down the hill. They would not, so, I purchased down the hill. Third, the wait times for a shuttle are to long, sometimes over an hour and the new car salesman harass you while your in the TV / Waiting room. The shuttle driver is very nice, but you can tell is overworked and underpaid, probably makes minimum wage. The shuttle itself is the lowest model Dodge Caravan, NO rear air conditioning, NO power sliding doors, NO factory navigation for the driver, and your packed like a sardine in the Van because by the time the shuttle arrives there are so many people that need a ride. If your the last one in, You might not be home for another hour. You would think a dealership would want to put there best foot forward, but No, not this one! Some of the Service advisers are nice and pleasant to work with but the company in whole really makes you feel poorly inside. I know businesses are in business to make money, but when I service or buy from Toyota, I don't feel this way. Victorville Motors Truly Doesn't care about you, just greed!! More
Nothing but problems I took my Chrysler 300 in to replace the drivers side air bag. Since then I've had nothing but problems. Had to replace the battery. And car battery keeps losing juice. Something is draining it. I've driven this car since it was new, that's been 9.5 years!! More

I was in the military and they IMMEDIATELY took advantage and sold me this car that had MULTIPLE recalls on it it stopped working two weeks after I bought it. The interest rates was RIDICULOUS AS HECK. They sold the first car I wanted didn't even call me to let me know, i had already purchased insurance and everything. If that dealership goes out of business i think i might have a party!! More
