Sales Staff lie to sell vehicles Just received a call from Walt, the salesman that sold us our 2017 Cherokee in July. He said that he had noticed we have not used the service departme Just received a call from Walt, the salesman that sold us our 2017 Cherokee in July. He said that he had noticed we have not used the service department and wanted to know why. He seamed to be real surprised when I told him that we would never use the service department, and we would never buy another vehicle from Victorville Motors. I had to actually remind him why we were still upset. When we purchased our Cherokee, we made it clear that we wanted dual air. We test drove a 4 cyl and a 6 cyl and decided on the V6 Latitude. We didn't like the grey one that we test drove because it didn't have dual air. Walt found a white V6 Latitude with dual air. My fault, we didn't test drive the vehicle, we took him for his word. We purchased the white V6 Latitude and while we were waiting for financing, Walt came to show us the vehicle. I asked him to show me how the dual air worked because I didn’t see it. Walt told me he would go over everything in detail before we left the lot with our new car. Well, 30 minutes later we sign the paperwork and get the keys and Walt takes us to the car and crawls in the rear seat. I again ask Walt to show me the dual air. Walt immediately states that the vehicle doesn’t have dual air. OMG, that was why we wanted that particular Cherokee. I got out of the vehicle and went inside to the sales manager and told him what Walt just told me. The sales manager was also aware that we wanted dual air. We were very upset that we were lied to. The sales manager and Walt had a brief discussion and we were offfered a used 2015 Cherokee Limited for the same price as the brand new Cherokee Latitude. Really, we don’t think so, just give us what we were told we were purchasing, IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR? Since they were not able to give us dual air, They gave us 3 free oil changes. Seriously, oil changes for dual air. Then the salesman calling us asking why we haven’t used the service department. Victorville Motors, do you want to make this right? We’ll give you a second chance.......put dual air in our Cherokee like we were told it had when we purchased it. Ask Walt about this, he said he remembered when I started explaining. More
Service dept. way over priced I've bought 5 new cars there. Took my SRT in for service they said I needed new front break pads. One time: We had to go elsewhere for an oil change because they were 2 weeks out. We have scheduled an appointment today for recall work. We scheduled for 8am this morning, dropping off the car yesterday at 4pm having been told already they would need the car a full 24hours for a 2.5 hour job (as per recall notice). My husband stood waiting to be acknowledged over 5 minutes in front of service writers, with no other customers, til he finally asked if he could be helped? The response was "you are standing in the wrong place" right next to the sign that said "start here". WE WILL TELL EVERYONE WE KNOW, DON'T GO HERE FOR SERVICE. Tim Watts is the owner, I've left a message with him, guess we'll see if he cares. Otherwise my next complaint is to the BBB. DK. More

Have to rent a car now because it hasn't even been looked at yet. Bought my Jeep Liberty in 206 was thinking of getting new Jeep beginning of year. If we do I will not be giving them my business again. Will not continue to deal with their slow under staffed repair department who makes promises they can't keep. Done ! More

After reading the reviews, where the bloggers said that they left their vehicles in the dealers care for service oil or just a simple noise. To have the employees at this dealer drive the customer vehicle for joy rides/errands!!! And in one case, they WRECKED THE VEHICLE!! and started fixing the vehicle before the owner got there to cover up the extensive damage!! After reading these bad reviews, we're driving down the hill!! Dealer, bad reviews do count and future customers do read them.. it seems that you don't care enough to make the necessary changes to improve your rating. More

I asked the service guy if they had the parts in stock to fix the 2 recalls and I was told "mostly"!!! I laughed at him and he put me on hold for 7 minutes and did not pick up the line within that time again, so I decided to hang up. I don't want my truck fixed "mostly" I want it fixed all the way!!! It's worth the drive to San Bernardino Mos. Brothers, where I get treated with respect and professionalism! More

After stating my problem to them they ended up fixing something in the center of the car which was never an issue. Never called after a week of having my car to let me know it was done or went over the services that were fixed on it. Had I know before that they didn't touch the door in which the noise was coming from I wouldn't have driven and hour and fifteen minutes one way to pick up my car that was never fixed. The manager even drove the car bc they said they couldn't replicate the sqeek when they drove it. I've left multiple messages for the service representative that helped me Ryan and the manager of service which neither have returned my call. More
