Prior to showing up to the dealership, I asked the rep if the new Outlander was being marked up in price and she responded "no." I then asked for final price out the door. She then provided me the out the do the new Outlander was being marked up in price and she responded "no." I then asked for final price out the door. She then provided me the out the door price with a $2k mark-up. She explained the mark-up with for anti theft protection and other installed non-sense. I told her i didn't care for those installed items. She spoke to her manager and said her manager would get rid of the mark up and agreed to MSRP. She provided the final numbers. Once i showed to the dealership, the $2k mark up for "pre-installed" items was back on. The manager said he had already cut me a deal by marking it down $6k. This was not true because there was no such mark up to begin with. I had an email thread to prove it. The manager's response was "So you dont want it then? I have other people lined up for it." Yes I purchased it with the $2k mark up because i needed it for business but I'm definitely not doing further business with them as I continue to expand my business. The phone rep and sales guy were kind and just the middle people so I can't blame them. They also delivered my car to my house which is why I didn't rate them 1 star. So If you must purchase your car there, ask for Ivan or Taylor but make sure you get everything in writing. The manager should've honored the original deal to keep me as a long term customer but oh well. More

They had the car cleaned and ready for me to test drive it. I was surprised as to how many great cars they had all makes and models many Tesla's as well. I dealt with the sales person Art Ozaeta and the Sales Manager Robert Luna. They answered all my questions and were very professional. I chose to leave to think about the purchase since it was a large transaction for me and they did not pressure me at all they did professionally follow up without pestering me. Then when I decided to pull the trigger, they had the car delivered to my home. I signed all the papers last night and it took less that 30 minutes. I even had the pleasant opportunity to talk to the General Manager Dustin Keaton. A very pleasant experience! I Love These Guys More
