I had an appointment at 10:00 for an oil change only. My salesperson Sammy Almasad asked would I like the car washed too? I said yes, he said with that it would be 2 hrs. After checking every 1/2 hr unti My salesperson Sammy Almasad asked would I like the car washed too? I said yes, he said with that it would be 2 hrs. After checking every 1/2 hr until 3 hrs later I had the Cadhier checked he said it was taking long because they told him it was being washed it woul be 15-20 minutes more! Well one hour later the cashier saw us and said they haven’t brought you your vehicle? He checked again for us and found out that they dropped the paperwork on Sammy’s desk but Sammy was gone to lunch! They then brought me my vehicle and it wasn’t even washed! Four hours for service plus they lied!!! More
The Sales Rep. tried to sell a House instead of Chevy truck. He claimed he was Homeless, and was sleeping in his car. Dealership also failed to honor its advertised prices on their website for Christmas/end of the year specials. Very bad experience. Don't recommend this Dealership. More
We just got a 2018 cheverolet colarado last Oct. 02,2023. Traded my 2013 nissan frontier. The problem is the pay off of my old vehicle is not yet done according to mechanic bank. The worst thing happen that the mechanic bank keep on getting the money from my wife account due to they didn't recieve yet the pay off. Another worst happened we went to the cheverolet finance to verify the situation. The finance manager give to my wife the record that the vehicle was paid off last Oct 25. The manager give my wife to call to verify the pay off. Question; Assistant a customer is that our job to do that? Because the company that we call to verify the pay off told me to call the cheverolet finance department again. We just like a we're traveling a place of nowhere to go. We don't know who gonna make the call to mechanic bank just to verify the pay off because the finance company of cheverolet just give us to call to Santander finance to verify. Is it our job? Pls. Whoever read this review or the highest person in charge pls. Take not. We're giving us a lot of head ache now. Thank you. More

"HORRABLE EXPERIENCE" the sales person there knew NOTHING about any of their cars just the color lol and that was because he was looking at it. The finance ppl were horrible there too very dismissive it was a horrible experience for me. I decided to try Victorville Chevy because I googled dealers and their inventory and they came up. I bought a 2024 Chevy Equinox RS and I LOVE IT!!! I got exactly what I wanted , they made it happen. "THANK YOU, VICTORVILLE CHEVROLET". My sales person was Jason and he knew his cars, that's FORSURE! I test drove about 7 different cars to really make sure my purchase was the right one for me. He knew EVERYTHING about each car. It made me very comfortable about what I was going to choose. He never made me feel pressure or stressed about any test drive we went on, he looked for what I wanted in the color I wanted and we were off, w/ all his knowledge he had on the car I was test driving "AND IT WAS ALOT OF KNOWLEDGE". I'm still learning this car 7 days later and I know if I have any questions I can call the dealership and ask Jason he'll have the answers. It was a long day that day but, worth it. THANK YOU JASON!. Jason also saw I was a little nervous in the whole process and put me in a room w/ TV ,and I was able to watch football while I waited, that was really nice it helped the process go quicker for me, once again THANK YOU JASON. Doesn't hurt Jason looks like Travis Kelce :). SEE YA'ALL REAL SOON, you guys are the best! More
My experience with this dealership was nothing short of infuriating. I reached out to purchase a vehicle, but I was met with blatant disrespect and unprofessionalism. I was promised callbacks about the vehicle's status and pricing, yet I received nothing. I called multiple times throughout the day, ready to make a purchase with funds available, but I was completely ignored. It's astonishing that a dealership would disregard a serious buyer. Other dealerships would jump at the chance to work with someone prepared to buy hassle-free, but this one clearly doesn't value its customers. This level of service is unacceptable, and I hope they realize they need to make significant improvements. More
