Great experience with our recent new purchase for everything that was under the Dealer's control. We waited for 7 months for our F-150, but it was worth it in the end. When it arrived, we were worried it may not be completely ready for our upcoming vacation due to dealer provided items that needed to be completed, but they went out of their way to make sure it got done so we could take it on the trip. The delivery process was quick and pretty smooth and no nonsense with the pricing and add-ons. Honest up front and amazing to deal with. They don’t do this market adjustment BS. They don’t try to screw you on the trade and plain and simple they just want to sell cars. I normally always haggle and push for more from the trade but it was so easy to deal with them and pleasant I didn’t even want to. These guys get it and are doing it right. I’m so glad I walked out of Buss Ford and came here! Paid sticker with no pressure for add ons or extra crap. Can’t recommend them enough!!! More

Contacted on advertised car. Dealer emailed back that car is pre-sold order and is not for sale. I asked, "Why would you advertise a new car that is a customer order and will not be available to buy?" Did no is pre-sold order and is not for sale.
