Worst dealership I have ever visited drove 3 hrs with financing and deal done showed up to our appointment to have no one to help us with a bunch of people sitting around. The vehicle we drove 3 hrs for was filthy dirty and 600 miles over what they had told us and was on our purchase agreement. They did not care at all about customers service if any questions where asked for complaints they got defensive and instead of talking decided to throw our keys at us and said if you don't want the deal leave. After this it went down hill from there we ended up still purchasing the vehicle after the owner and managers argued with us and where arrogant and not helpful at all. Worst buy experience ever along with all of this with the arguing about the millage and filth we got the vehicle home and found damage on both back rims that that never told us about and found out that it was a police k9 vehicle. With how dirty the 40000 dollar vehicle we bought from them was I had to.totally clean it when we got home and found the officers card and the police dogs card which explained alot of the dirt and smell. There is alot more with the manager even went as far to threaten us that if we didn't give them a 5 star review they wouldn't sell the vehicle to us. Just watch out this place is not somewhere you want to spend your money there are plenty of Chevy dealers that care about there customers . More

Gary in service has gone out of his way several times to help us out. Not only with quick and quality service but different solutions for us. Last trip in for an oil change, they checked my tire pressure an help us out. Not only with quick and quality service but different solutions for us. We broke down on Interstate 90 and Victor Chevrolet Service department was able to take our Sonic late in the day. Really understanding and helpful with our predicament (essentially stranded on our 6 hour ride back to NJ). Not from the area, I've used several Chevrolet service departments and this was the best service I've ever received both in technical diagnosis and customer service. Darren made sure the 2017 Silverado I was buying was given extra cleaning attention by the detailing service because he remembered that I mentioned that I have severe pet allergies and there was evidence the previous owner had pets in the truck. Bait and switch From the start my salesperson kept telling me that they were "going to take care of me". It started well as they were beating the other dealer I was t From the start my salesperson kept telling me that they were "going to take care of me". It started well as they were beating the other dealer I was talking to with the price. He convinced me the way to go was with them because they were closer to me and smaller than the other dealership so the service would be better. We made the deal over the phone but everything fell apart when I went in to close the deal. One of the packages that we had discussed was not on the car. When the salesperson was trying to figure that out the manager came over and said I couldn't have the car for that price because I didn't have GM employees pricing. Sence I had told him I had supplier pricing couldn't understand what the problem was. Seems the salesperson just tried to get me in the door to rework the deal. Lost a customer for life More
