My first encounter I was so over going from dealership to dealership looking at trucks. This one was right down the road from my house so it was a last stop for me as I was ready to just go home. I swung in and that's when I met Greg Chernoby. The guy is awesome! He delivers great service and no games which I like and respect! Walked out with a Brand new Ram 1500. I loved it so much my wife went a month later and got a new Jeep Cherokee. That was 3 years ago. I am now in my 2nd new Ram and my wife is in her new Grand Cherokee. Greg is awesome and so it Matt. I wont go anywhere else and neither will anyone in my family! This place is the real deal. They always have top notch inventory too. Better than anywhere else. Give them a try! More

I live and work in the Kalamazoo, MI area, so I guess you kno "Howdy All: I am writing about an experience that I received while leasing a Ram truck. I live and work in the Kalamazoo, MI area, so I guess you know how we all chat around here in small towns. So, stopping in at a local dealer would be a potential good time. I was looking at Jeep Cherokee, but after a test drive of the Cherokee, Ram, and Grand Cherokee, I was leaning toward the Ram. So, I checked with the Ford Dealer because the F-150 was on my list of maybe’s. But after chatting with them, they would not even MATCH the 36mo lease offer that I received from Lee Gibson at Vicksburg Dodge. The deal at Vicksburg was 159/mo with 6k down for 36/mo lease. It was still more than I really wanted to pay since I was trying to retire from work and big car payments were not high on my list of things to do. So, I went back to Vicksburg Dodge and tried to get them to throw in the maintenance for the 3 yrs, because GM would do that. But they would not and I did not to argue about it at that time. So, I had them get the truck ready and signed the paperwork. All was good. Then Lee Gibson had to come by my work to RE-SIGN for some reason. So, no problem-o. Next thing I know is that I get my statement. For the 159/ month and I notice that it was for 24mo not 36 mo. I went back to the dealership at my earliest time. I ended up talking to Rob Holland and Bill Sharon. They acted as if I just committed a crime and I was in Mexico or something. Asking to re-do the paperwork was a most definite no-no. even thou I hadn’t even made one payment. Let’s just say it was not pretty. I could not believe what I was hearing from these two as they ganged up on me. First Rob Holland tried to get more money from saying that if I want 36mo then I would have to pay 259/mo not 159/mo. Then I wanted to talk to the owner(Bill Sharon). He basically rubber stamped what Rob Holland was telling me. After talking with Bill Sharon, he stated that he would see what he could do. Now I find out later that this guy named Carl Hagenbaugh was on vacation or something and he should have pointed out that it was 24mo in the “signing” of the paperwork. Then after about a week I hear from Carl H. and we met back at the dealership and he was very apologetic and he tells me that I will receive a check for $1000, but no 36mo just 24mo. Now if they (Vicksburg Dodge) wanted to really “make it right”, they would have given $2000 not $1000, then the monthly payment would have been the same as the 36mo original deal. When I was in the office with Rob Holland and Bill Sharon, I made a promise and so far I intend to keep it. It was almost comical because, every time that I would talk to a different person, they would state the same thing, “I worked here for XX years and you are not going to change that”. Rob Holland 29yrs., Bill Sharon 25yrs, stuff like that. You just can’t make this stuff up. So, the big question is “Do you condone this type of treatment by your dealerships?”. Long story short im taking the piece of crap back they cant make me keep it cuz all the four contracts they have are wrong! Please do not buy a car from this dealer!! BEWARE OF THIS DEALER THEY LIE, LIE, LIE I purchased a 2007 Mini Cooper from this dealer last year. I was told by the sales people that the reason the check engine light was on was because t I purchased a 2007 Mini Cooper from this dealer last year. I was told by the sales people that the reason the check engine light was on was because the car needed an Oxygen Sensor. This was a complete lie! I called the dealer after finding out that the car had some major problems. He told me to return the car and he would send it to auction. Thus another dealer would have the same problem. I told him no as I had already invested a lot of money in the car. I decided to have it fixed. He said he would help with the costs involved needed to make it right. When I called him an told him the costs he told me that he had does his best to help. Thus NO HELP on the cost of repair which was over $1600. Motor City Mini paid for the parts I agreed to pay for the labor. This dealer did not follow through with what was promised. Beware when purchasing a vehicle at this Dealer! I learned the hard way.
