Quick and friendly service I had a headlight out and called at 7:00 am when they opened and asked when I could get in. They got me in at 8:30 and I was out of there by 9:00! This dealer is based in a college town. It's likely the reason the customer service/friendliness is poor. I don't feel I can trust them either, especially that the customer cannot see his/her car being wor reason the customer service/friendliness is poor. Passing the garage on the way out AFTER the work has been "done", looks like it needs some updates and cleaning. Also, a woman came in 1/2 hr after me with only a tail light to replace. She'd been waiting a while and asked if it was finished. The guy said it just went in. 1/2 hr later, I was leaving and a service man was walking toward her car in the lot to replace the bulb. This place needs honest people working and friendly. That's all it takes sometimes. An update on the car would be good too. More
