I had better deals at others. I gave a two star because I was not totally satisfied with my overall experience. I felt the price of the car could have been lower. I only received one key to the car and was told I will get a second key but was later told I have to purchase it on my own. The so called detailed job done on my car was horrific, they didn't bother to vacuumed the back at all, they gave me car with water dripping all over the place didn't bother to dry the car. The tires had no shine to it what so ever. I could have done a much better job. When someone purchase a car of that magnitude it ought to look like a new car even if its a used vehicle. I was ready to return the car back and go back to the state of Missouri in which I have purchased the last 3 cars I had. I decided to stay in Illinois and I regret it ever since. I will not be purchasing anymore cars from Vic Koenig or in Illinois period. I learned my lesson. More

The sales people at Vic Koenig not only got me into a Brand New vehicle but the finance people made sure that I could afford the payments. My payments are extremely affordable. This was my first time buying a car I drove off the lot very satisfied and really appreciate the customer service I received. David took the time to explain all of the gadgets as well as the followup calls I received to make sure I was satisfied with my car. I will always come back to Vic Koenig.
