Check your repairs before leaving I purchased a brand new truck form this dealer and at the same time had a brake controller installed. I drove/towed a large trailer for several month I purchased a brand new truck form this dealer and at the same time had a brake controller installed. I drove/towed a large trailer for several months thinking the brake controller was working (never given instructions, directions etc). After several trips, I check out Youtube and saw what my controller should be displaying on the dashboard. It WASN'T DISPLAYING ANYTHING. I brought the truck back to Veterans to check it out and low and behold, the controller was NEVER programmed to begin with. I was quite disappointed and concerned thinking what could have happened if I couldn't stop my trailer. Veterans would have been left with A LOT of liability. Travis, my service writer, was very helpful and was able to get my truck in and out within an hour (I had an appointment). Travis saw to it that my truck and brake controller worked accordingly before I left. More

Cara is great, the rest of the processes are broken. Car was in for 6 days before they could get to it. Meaning I had to borrow friends cars to get around. Very poor processes to let the customer know Car was in for 6 days before they could get to it. Meaning I had to borrow friends cars to get around.
