In and out in about an hour and 1/2 I was greeted in the service drive by a happy, helpful person who took me to my advisor. Cara Marquis, my advisor recognized the problem straight away. They had it repaired properly in a very short time and now my F-150 is as new again. I have been around dealers for many years and this has been the best service so far. They addressed the problem and fixed it, instead of trying to sell me a new vehicle.
