Absolutely the worst bought a 2022 rubicon flooded with 3 inches of water they were willing to take it in a week later they have had it over 38 days with still no resolve my brand new jeep sits with the inte inches of water they were willing to take it in a week later they have had it over 38 days with still no resolve my brand new jeep sits with the interior stripped in a disgusting mess that I paid 70k for and they have no answers nor do they care they ignore my calls and hang up on me upon contact I have no answers nor was I offered a replacement vehicle Absolutely the worst dealer I have ever dealt with nor will I ever buy another product they represent BEAWARE ABSOLUTELY THIEFS!! We purchased a vehicle here in May. The salesman put in the paperwork for the license and registration and said we would get the license registration in the mail. June came no plate/registration, I emailed and did not get an answer. August no plate/registration. Called and talked to sales manager who said no worries the DMV is behind and we have 180 days not 30 days. I said anything I need to do, and was told nothing other than be patient. Well here it is Nov and I get a call from them asking me if I'm ever going to pick up my license/registration or if I still need it. I was flabbergasted. Well I'm just glad to finally have my license/registration after 160 + days. I had to go to the dealership and pick it up, because it never arrived in the mail, and I believe it was sitting at the dealership since June. Needless to say we were completely stressed out by this whole process. More
